[Trac-dev] Ticket Type for Trac 1.3+ Compatibility Patches to Plug-Ins?

I've started submitting patches for the plug-ins I've updated to work with
Trac1.3.2, and it occurs to me to ask weather this community would class
those tickets as 'enhancement' or 'defect.' As we can hope/expect there
will be quite a few of these in the coming months, if there is a consensus
among the maintainers as to which type is appropriate, consistency among
contributors submissions would no doubt be helpful.

I've also been unsure whether to use defect or enhancement. As for plugins
that I maintain, either is fine with me.
